The President of the Providence Coalition, Prince Niran Adeyoju (SDM), has paid glowing tribute to his late political associate and a prominent leader in the coalition, Hon. Kehinde Subair, as his family, friends and political associates marked the first anniversary of his passing.
In a remembrance message made available to journalists in Ibadan, Adeyoju described the late Subair as a committed progressive politician, loyal party man and a dedicated grassroots mobiliser whose contributions to politics and community development in Oyo State remain indelible.
Adeyoju noted that the late Hon. Subair, who until his demise was a respected chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and a key figure in the Providence Coalition, played a significant role in strengthening the structure of the group and advancing progressive ideals within the political space.
According to him, the late political leader was known for his humility, accessibility and unwavering commitment to the welfare of his constituents and supporters.
“Hon. Kehinde Subair was not just a political associate but a dependable ally and leader who devoted his life to the service of humanity and the growth of our political family. His passion for the development of our people and the unity of the progressive fold will always be remembered,” Adeyoju stated.
The Providence Coalition President added that although the late Subair’s absence is still deeply felt, his legacy of service, leadership and dedication to the people continues to inspire members of the coalition and the younger generation of politicians.
Adeyoju prayed for the continued repose of the soul of the departed leader and also urged members of the coalition and political associates to sustain the values of unity, loyalty and service that the late Subair stood for.
He further extended his heartfelt sympathies to the Subair family, friends and political associates, urging them to take solace in the impactful life the late politician lived and the enduring legacy he left behind.
