In an attempt to douse political insinuations, the Bauchi state Governor Bala Mohammed will be announcing his defection from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC on Tuesday as the party has agreed to a 60/40 power-sharing deal.
Base on the agreement and barring any last minute change, the Bauchi State Governor will finally dump the PDP in furtherance of his political journey
His intention to join the membership of the APC was said to have been cemented following several discussions in the last couple of weeks.
The ruling APC is said to have accepted his 60/40 power sharing formula and ticket to the senate in 2027 general elections.
