The Lawmaker representing Atiba Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Gbenga Oyekola has reaffirmed his unwavering loyalty to the Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, his political party and firmly committed to promotion of peace and Unity across the State.
He made this known on his official Facebook page, while dissociating himself from the Lawmakers allegedly planning to impeach the State Governor.
Hon Oyekola maintained that, he was not part of any arrangement or activity that has the potential to disrupt the peace of Oyo State, saying he was never invited, nor consulted, and was not part of any meeting or arrangement.
He alleged that certain individuals were planning to work against the harmonious relationship between the Executive and the lawmakers.
Hon. Oyekola, who is also the Chief Whip of the House described Governor Makinde as a Boss he would remain loyal to, considering his giants strides in the State.
