Sarafa Alli Campaign Committee,has described the recent conduct Former Ibadan North Constituency 2 Lawmaker,Hon. Segun Olaleye (aka Radical Brother) as uncalled for, childish, and dishonourable for the status of a two-term State lawmaker and Aspirant seeking the position for the third time.
This is contained in a Press Release issued by the Acting Secretary of the Committee, Chief Akinyemi Akinlabi and made available to Journalists in Ibadan, Oyo State
The Statement says, as a former lawmaker and an Aspirant, Hon Olaleye should have known how and where to vent his anger as stipulated in the party’s constitution and the guidelines for the party primaries, rather than going to the street in disdainful and anti-party manner.
“He should please take note that he is no longer a student union leader where every Tom, Dick and Harry is blamed for their misfortune. He should investigate the source of his misfortune before trading blames”.
“He needs to be reminded that Senator Sarafadeen Alli did not participate in the nomination process that led to the emergence of the candidate for his constituency just as he did not participate in any other constituency’s selection process.”
“This campaign committee frowns seriously at his childish display of ignorance as well as contempt and disdain for the party leadership and the party” The statement concludes.
