Yeye Shona Celebrates AOFAW National President, Dr Aborode at 70

Strength, charming appearance and glowing skin gave no indication that the National President, Association of Female Artisans Worldwide, AOFAW, Dr. Adejumoke Aborode has joined the group of septugenarians when she stepped into the well-decorated and filled to capacity venue of her 70th Birthday.
Dr. Aborode who could not hide her excitement for attaining the milestone, was physically beaming with irresistible smile in the midst of her family, friends, associates and well-wishers including the Matron, Association of Female Artisans Worldwide, AOFAW, Yeye(Dr) Folashade Shona, who is also the Chief Executive Officer, CEO, AVO Pizza Fabulous, Arepo, Ogun State and Chairman, DLA Toys and Amusement Parks, Lagos State.
The 70th Birthday of Dr Aborode was no doubt a testament to her enduring legacy and unblemished impact she has made in the lives of Women, Youths and the Society at large.
The Celebration also marked moments of gratitude, reflection and opportunity to further honour the remarkable journey of her 70years and still counting in the service of God and humanity.
In a message, Yeye Folashade Shona who congratulated the Celebrant, described her as an epitome of a good Mother, and a virtuous woman, adding that, she has made the womenfolk proud through her advocacy for Women emancipation and socio-economic empowerment across the Country.
“Maami, as I fondly call her, is a woman I respect so much for her mentorship, advice, counsel, straightforwardness and her standing for just and truth at all times
She is a pride and a symbol of progress worthy of emulation in the Society” Yeye Shona added.
She wished her the best as she continues to advance the rights of every other woman and making case for the less privileged.
Other Guests in their separate remarks, eulogised Dr. Adejumoke Aborode for her exemplary qualities, courage and integrity, urging to keep the flag flying in her contributions to the Society.
On her part, the Septugenarian thanked God for the grace and enablement granted to impact lives positively while appreciating people who played key role in her life journey .
She reiterated her commitment to supporting the advancement of women and youths, with a view to making them self reliant.
Dr. Aborode applauded all the Guests and Well wishers who attended the celebration and rejoiced with her on her birthday.
