Alao Akala Expresses Sadness Over Ogbomoso Accident ,Gives Scholarship To Victim’s Daughter

Lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Olamijuwonlo Alao Akala has expressed sadness over the tragic incident that claimed the Lives of a woman and her 2 daughters on Thursday in Ogbomoso.
The trio met their untimely death when a trailer rammed into the motorcycle they had boarded.
Reacting in a statement, Olamijuwonlo Alao Akala said he was heartbroken to receive such news.
The Federal Lawmaker announced a full scholarship for the surviving youngest child of the deceased woman, Moshood Balikis.
He called on the law enforcement agencies to do everything in their power to bring the culprit (trailer driver) to justice and to question the Okada rider involved.
“I am heartbroken to receive the news that a trailer driver rammed into a food seller, Mrs. Moshood Kudirat, killing her and her two daughters on their way home in the early hours of Thursday 14th November 2024, around Apake, Ogbomoso.”
“This unfortunate incident is a result of sheer negligence on the part of the trailer driver, who, I am aware, is now on the run. I urge law enforcement to do everything in their power to bring the culprit to justice and to question the Okada rider involved.”
“Yesterday, I sent a delegation to extend my profound condolences to the family of the deceased over this disheartening incident.”
“During this condolence visit, I announced a full scholarship for the surviving youngest child, Moshood Balikis. I know nothing can bring back the lost lives.”
“May God grant the deceased eternal rest and give their family, friends, and loved ones the strength to bear this irreplaceable loss.”
