Edo Decides 2024: State Government Declares Public Holiday

Public workers in Edo State have been given Friday, 20 September, as work-free day by the state government.
In a statement on Thursday, Secretary to Government, Joseph Eboigbe said the holiday is to enable the residents travel to their voting areas ahead of the Saturday’s governorship election.
Eboigbe reassured all residents that security measures have been provided to ensure a free, fair, and credible election.
