Ondo Govt Debunks Rumour Concerning Judiciary Complex

The rumours that the Ondo State’s Judiciary Complex in Akure, which is under construction, has collapsed is totally false and misleading.
The rumour was debunked by the Commissioner for Infrastructure, Land, and Housing, Mr. Olawoye Abiola, on behalf of the State Government, while inspecting the project site alongside contractors.
Debunking claims circulating about the collapse of the state’s judiciary complex, Mr. Abiola expressed surprise at the spread of the unfounded information, noting that contractors handling the project were actively on-site, working diligently to ensure timely completion.
He explained that before the commencement of construction, soil tests and other necessary examinations were carried out, and that periodic inspections were still ongoing by both contractors and engineers from the Ministry of Works to ensure the project met required standards.
The commissioner urged the public to disregard the baseless report, stressing that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s administration remained committed to completing the judiciary complex and other infrastructural projects across the state.
