Cardoso To Lead Nigeria’s Delegate At The World Bank Meeting In Washington DC

CBN Governor , Mr Olayemi Cardoso is expected to lead Nigeria’s delegation to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund Annual Meeting in Washington DC.

This is contained in a statement by Bayo Onanuga,Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy

The meeting which opens on Monday, October 13 would feature the Development Committee Plenary session on October 16 and the International Monetary and Financial Committee meetings on October 17.

It is also expected to feature regional briefings, press conferences, and fora focused on international development, and financial markets.

Mr Cardoso,is replacing the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr Wale Edun, who is indisposed.
