“A Deserved Appointment” – NUJ FRCN Ibadan Hails Nomination Of Dr Florence Ajimobi As Ambassador

The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, FRCN Ibadan Chapel, has congratulated the Former First Lady of Oyo State, Dr Florence Ajimobi on her nomination as an Ambassador by President Bola Tinubu, describing the appointment as strategically important for her to further serve the Nation in such capacity.

In a statement issued by the Chairman of the Chapel, Comrade Oluwakayode Banjo, Dr. Ajimobi’s nomination reflects President Tinubu’s deep confidence in her leadership capacity, steadfastness, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to the unity of Nigeria.

According to him, the appointment demonstrates the President’s recognition of the Wife of Late Abiola Ajimobi’s love for the Country and humanity, adding that her new National assignment would further deepen her engagement with the International community to benefit Nigeria and expand public trust President Tinubu’s administration.
