Oyo State APC Presidential Primary Election Collation Officer, Senator Folarin Presents State Election Results In Abuja

The Oyo State Coordinator and State Collation Officer of the All Progressives Congress,APC, Presidential Primary Election in Oyo State, Senator Teslim Folarin, OFR, has formally presented the Election results of the Party in Abuja, following a successful collation of membership votes across the 33 Local Government Areas of Oyo State.

The results, as contained in the official APC State Result Collation Form, indicated that 143,683 votes were cast during the primary election exercise conducted across the State, with the sheets duly signed by the Oyo State Collation Officer, Senator Teslim Folarin, alongside the State Agents for President Bola Tinubu, Hon. Bolaji Afeez Repete and Hon. Sulaiman Bankole, further affirming the authenticity and official completion of the collation process.

According to the collated figures presented by Senator Folarin, the APC presidential primary election was conducted peacefully and with orderliness across the state, reflecting the commitment, discipline, and active participation of party members at the grassroots.

Speaking after presenting the results, the Former Senate Leader noted that the collation process was carried out with transparency, fairness, and strict adherence to the guidelines of the party, ensuring that every vote from the various all the Local Government Areas was properly accounted for.

He, however, commended party leaders, electoral officials, and APC members across Oyo State for their cooperation, maturity, and orderly conduct throughout the exercise, describing the process as a strong demonstration of internal democracy and unity within the APC.

The presentation of the results in Abuja marked the formal completion of Oyo State’s contribution to the APC Presidential Primary Election process, as party stakeholders continue nationwide collation and preparations for subsequent political activities ahead of future electoral engagements.
