Police Deploys Tactical Teams To Ora-Igbomina Hours After Bandits Attack

Tactical teams of the Nigeria Police force have been deployed to Ora Igbomina, Ifedayo Local Government area, following Monday’s Bandits Attack.
Osun State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Abiodun Ojelabi confirmed the incident,saying the Divisional Police Officer in the town had visited the residence of the kidnapped former customs officer to gather more information.
Mr. Ojelabi the police was on the trail of the suspects.
“We have a tactical team on the ground in the town, and with support from forest guards, vigilantes and local security personnel, they are combing the bushes to rescue the victim.”He said.
On Monday evening,gunmen attacked a community in Ora-Igbomina, Ifedayo Local Government Area of Osun State,abducted a former Nigerian customs officer and killed one person.
