Nigeria’s 18 year old football exceptional player, Usman Oyelade has made the Country proud at the FVC International Football Academy year-end function, as he carted home 3 different awards, namely: Highest Goal Scorer of 21 goals this season, Players’ Player Award and Coaches’ Player Award.
Oyelade who moved from Ibadan to the United Kingdom, UK, showed what progressive development looked like.
The lad is balancing football growth with education, staying dedicated to training and match performance all season.
According to his Media Reporter, Eniola Olatunji, Usman Oyelade was invited to the Nigeria Under-21 squad for the 2025 World Cup in Chile. At just over 17 at the time, the coaching Crew saw him as a long-term prospect for Nigerian football.
He turned 18 in February 2026, and celebrated it during a week assessment with Lorret De Mar in Spain before returning to his club side.
