Oyo 2027: ADC Clears Adedayo Ademola Alawode for Ibarapa North/Central State Constituency Race

As the countdown to the 2027 general elections begins to gather momentum, a prominent legislative aspirant, Hon. Adedayo Ademola Alawode, has been officially cleared to contest for the Ibarapa North and Ibarapa Central State Constituency seat in the Oyo State House of Assembly.
Alawode secured his clearance today after appearing before the screening committee constituted by the National Headquarters of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) at the party’s state secretariat in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The screening exercise, designed to vet the credentials, party loyalty, and readiness of aspirants, concluded with Alawode receiving a clean bill to fly the party’s flag.
Speaking with a4oradio.com shortly after the successful exercise, an enthusiastic Alawode expressed his gratitude to the committee and reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to his constituents under his campaign banner, “Ala Rere 2027”
“I appeared today at the state party secretariat in Ibadan before the screening committee set up by the ADC national headquarters to screen all the aspirants,” Alawode stated. “I am pleased to announce that I was successfully screened and cleared to contest to represent the good people of Ibarapa North and Ibarapa Central State Constituency in the 2027 general election under our great party, the ADC.”
Alawode’s entry into the race has been described by political observers as a significant boost for the Ibarapa region.
