Ibarapa LG Chairmen Congratulate Makinde, Wife On Aare Asoludero Titles

The Chairmen of Ibarapa Central, Ibarapa North and Ibarapa East Local Governments have congratulated Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and his wife, Chief (Mrs) Tamunominini Makinde, on their installation as Aare Asoludero and Yeye Aare Asoludero of Ibarapaland.
The chairmen, Hon. Olusola Ayodele Adeleke, Hon. Lateef Akorede and Hon. Kazeem Arogundade, gave the commendation in a joint congratulatory message issued on Friday.
They described the conferment of the traditional titles as a fitting recognition of the governor and his wife’s contributions to the development, unity and prosperity of Ibarapaland and Oyo State.
According to them, Makinde’s installation as Aare Asoludero reflects the respect and affection of the people of Ibarapaland for his administration’s commitment to inclusive development and stronger relations between government and traditional institutions.
They also described the conferment of Yeye Aare Asoludero on the governor’s wife as well deserved, citing her support for the governor and commitment to initiatives promoting the welfare of women, children and vulnerable persons.
The chairmen prayed for wisdom, good health and strength for the couple as they assume their new traditional responsibilities.
They expressed confidence that the honours would further strengthen the bond between the Makinde administration and the people of Ibarapaland, while promoting peace, unity and sustainable development across the region.
