Just In: Osun Govt Officially Declares Apetumodu Stool “Vacant”

Following wide consultations and legal reveiws, Osun State Government has officially declared vacant the stool of the Apetumodu of Ipetumodu.
According to a statement signed by the Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment Mr. Kolapo Alimi and made available to newsmen. On Tuesday, the deposition of Oba Gbenga Joseph Oloyede takes effect with immediate effect
Mr Alimi said the decision followed due Constitutional procedures
The commissioner also announced the withdrawal of the staff of office and all instruments of authority previously conferred on the monarch.
It will be recalled that Oba Gbenga Joseph Oloyede was convicted in the United States for COVID-19 fraud and is currently serving a jail term in the United States of America
