Viral Video: Police Urges Ogun Residents To Be Calm

Nigeria Police Force, Ogun State Command has urged residents of Abeokuta to be calm and go about their daily activities peacefully.
The State command in a statement by the PPRO Omolola Odutola said this while reacting to a viral video depicting a Kidnap incident where a man was seen to have been shot in the head and the other kidnapped.
The PPRO while imploring the people to disregard the video which according to her is misleading,said that the incident was not recent and did not occur in Ogun State.
The statement maintained the Police had beefed up security around Abeokuta and had also deployed Armoured Personnel Carriers, APC, to strategic locations for prompt response in case of any emergency.
